Rosdan Teh has been actively involved in the field of Computer and Information Technology since his early years. His interest in this domain started with winning a national software competition for secondary school students in 1988. Although he had received training as an Electrical Engineer, he has devoted his entire career to the IT Service and Support environment.
In the initial years of his career, he worked in the telecommunications sector, focusing on the installation of digital microwave radio systems. In 1998, he transitioned to an IT role at a startup that specialized in developing subscription-based, real-time stock market information systems.
As he gained more experience, his work increasingly focused on the design, implementation, troubleshooting, and support of critical IT infrastructure. In particular, he was a key contributor to the development of the first version of the Touch and Go toll collection system for Q-Free ASA, a Norwegian company specializing in road user charging. This system was utilized on the KL-Karak Highway and the East Coast Expressway between 2004 and 2010. His team also created manual and automated road charging software for the East Coast Expressway, the Southern Bangkok Outer Ring Road in Thailand, and Neo Peramos, Greece.
Throughout his career, Rosdan has been involved in the design, implementation, and support of various other IT systems. For example, he played a crucial role in developing CRM systems for a government agency, and he has also worked on blockchain and cryptocurrency-based implementations.
